
To develop and manage a comprehensive evaluation & research programme that will improve the Agency's evidence base and support the achievement of its objectives. The postholder will be required to manage the Evaluation & Research team, coordinate and influence the actions of internal and external partners, and manage a personal case load of significant research and evaluation development.
Please note this post is 0.60FTE, 3 days per week. (Days to be agreed).
•Graduate or equivalent status and/or subsequent training and development in research and/or evaluation, financial and people management and communication, equating to a post graduate level overall.
•Advanced knowledge and experience in research/evaluation management
•Proven individual and team management, motivation and development skills
•Proven track record of successfully leading development, implementation and completion of key strategic projects and programmes
•Good written and communication skills, both formally and informally, at all levels within and outside of the organisation
