Stakeholder Survey

The Agency frequently carries out satisfaction research with its external stakeholders, who play a primary role in delivering the strategic objectives of the Regional Economic Strategy.

These included individuals representing local authorities, business, business support organisations, further education (colleges and universities), Government, non-departmental public bodies, regeneration organisations, the media, the third sector and transport.

Stakeholder surveys help the Agency obtain views, experiences and perceptions from these individuals, in order to:

• Gain feedback on previous performance areas.
• Highlight any changes in perceptions from survey to survey.
• Gather stakeholder views on the implementation of the Agency’s Change Management Programme.
• Gather stakeholder views on issues identified in the IPA improvement plan.
• Create a baseline and evidence base to underpin the Agency’s work with regard to new areas of responsibility.
• Address issues arising from other RDA surveys.
