Staff Survey

One North East carry out staff surveys across the Agency every 18 months. The most recent was carried out in October 2009 with the results communicated across the Agency in January and February 2010. This was the fourth staff survey of One North East staff.

These surveys are to gauge the opinion of staff working at the Agency and are benchmarked against previous staff surveys ensuring the results are analysed at Agency, Directorate and team level.

Employee satisfaction research provides senior management teams with critical insight into the key drivers of satisfaction at the Agency.
