BLNE is currently using an old version of a HR system in conjunction with a variety of Excel spreadsheets in order to provide its HR service to 320 staff. This falls significantly short in terms of functionality in most areas and therefore BLNE wishes to source a new, holistic system which will provide comprehensive support to the HR function and its interaction with the internal customer base.

Within BENE, the information team is responsible for responding to requests for information from customer facing staff. The information is often requested more than once and is currently stored on local drives. he successful contractor will be required to provide a web self service tool where information can be collected, managed and made easily accessible to customer facing colleagues.he contractor will need to liaise closely with the information team in developing the tool. BE-NE wishes to identify a telemarketing partner to implement our marketing strategy for the Business Link service. We are looking for an agency to provide an infrastructure of telemarketing skills and experience that will enable us to achieve optimum penetration for our Business Link service in the North East business market. The successful contractor will need to liaise closely with the Communications Team in developing telemarketing campaigns for the Business Link service.
