The Fund will invest monies as convertible loans which can be converted to equity.
Size of Deals
The size of investments will range between £10,000 and £60,000. This can be part of a larger funding package.
In which area is the fund available?
Almost the whole of the North East of England (but there are some very small areas not eligible – for example Ponteland). To find out whether it is available in your area you can contact the fund manager (details below).
Who can apply?
Technology and science based Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and activities leading to SME formation and spin-out from the research and business base.
