One NorthEast values your privacy and will treat any personal information you send us in accordance with the Terms of the Data Protection Act 1998. In particular:

• We will use the details you give us via this contact page to provide information you ask for or to put you in contact with organisations who may be able to help or (if appropriate) to process any application you make.
• We will keep your information secure by taking appropriate technical and staff measures against its unauthorised or unlawful processing and against its accidental loss destruction or damage.
• We may share your information with third parties but only with your consent or in accordance with our Privacy Code.

We may want to transfer your personal information to countries outside of Europe, either to put you in touch with inward investors based overseas or to enable our network of overseas offices to handle your enquiry. Although we have laws within Europe that protect personal information, most countries outside Europe do not. By Europe we mean the European Economic Area which comprises the EU member states, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein.
