Size of Deals

Grants are available for individuals up to £65,000. If there is private sector involvement investment through NESTA can increase to £150,000.

Who can apply?

Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) or small groups with an idea that has the potential of patentability in a high risk area. NESTA will support research and development, tests to prove the concept (including prototype development), help to secure Intellectual Property Rights.
