What type of funding does it offer?
The fund will co–invest primarily in ordinary shares with private investors (business angels) on the same terms. The fund cannot invest more than the private investors and total equity in the package must not exceed £250,000.
Size of Deals
The size of investments will range between £25,000 and £100,000. There is a possibility of a further £100,000 follow on investment at a later date.
In which area is the fund available?
The North East of England.
