Loans of up to £10,000, repayable over a period of up to 5 years and at a preferential rate of interest.
Size of Deals
The Falchion Fund can lend between £3,000 and £10,000, to eligible businesses, over a minimum term of 1 year and a maximum term of 5 years at a preferential interest rate.
In which area is the fund available?
The Falchion Fund is available to SMEs that are based within Darlington or intend to be based within Darlington.
Who can apply?
SMEs that have additional sources of funding involved in a business start–up and/or development/expansion project, which may include personal investment, high street lending and/or other funding sources. The Falchion Fund is unable to represent a sole source of funding for a business start–up and/or development/expansion project.
