Decontamination & servicing works to open up this 33 acre site immediately adjacent to Stockton town centre are now complete & Amec/Urban Splash have been appointed as preferred development partner. A detailed masterplan for the site is currently being prepared to deliver a comprehensive mixed use development.
Work has commenced on provision of a new footbridge linking North Shore to Teesdale on the opposite bank of the river Tees to facilitate the expansion of Durham University Stockton campus onto the North Shore site.
