Morton Palms, Darlington

One NorthEast invested circa £22 million into a Joint Venture with Darlington Borough Council to bring forward a 24-acre site for office development.

Infrastructure development was completed in 2003, following which City & Northern Ltd were appointed as preferred developer in 2004. 

To date, 70,000 sq ft of modern offices have been completed and works are about to commence on the development of 30,000 sq ft in smaller individual accommodation.
