Darlington Pedestrian Heart

Work was completed in June 2007 on The Pedestrian Heart which enhances and improves the public realm to High Row and surrounding area.  The project improves around 32,000 m2 of public realm and around 1800 m2 of retail space.

The scheme has received £3.26 m of support from One NorthEast, via Tees Valley Partnership Single Programme.
